Bo Tackett enjoys life with his family on The Hookin' Bull Ranch. From an early age he was known to be an "old soul" and portrayed a love for the cowboy way of life. Bo's love for cracking whips led to a curiosity in the art of plaiting and building whips. After a visit to see long time whip maker, 86 year old Clement Gordan, the two built a three foot whip together and Bo's plaiting then took off. Mr. Gordan has become a mentor to Bo, inspiring him to carry the torch for a fleeting art of the past. With the development of his own paracord products, Bo began to market them to family and friends. After multiple requests to view his products, he is now able to offer an online catalog to his customers.
Bo Tackett accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 6 and has a deep love for the Lord. He hopes to use his plaiting as a way to tie people to Christ.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16
